Cancellation Policy

As a Small Business my time, like yours, is precious, so if you’re unable to keep your appointment for any reason please cancel in a timely manner and provide me with 48hrs notice. This allows me time to fill the appointment with another client. 

Cancellations made within less than 24hrs of your scheduled appointment or no-shows will incur a charge of 50% of your total booking as it will then be too late for me to fill the appointment. My online booking system will email you 48hrs prior to your appointment and send a text message 24hours prior to your appointment to remind you to cancel your appointment if necessary so as to avoid the charge.
