Cancellation Policy

As a small business, my time, like yours, is precious. Therefore, if you need to cancel your appointment at my hair salon for any reason, please do so in a timely manner and provide me with 48 hours' notice. This cancellation policy allows me the opportunity to fill the appointment with another client, ensuring that I can continue to deliver on my service guarantee.

I strive to ensure your satisfaction with your experience at La Birdie Hair. If you are not completely happy, please inform me at the time of your service or within 48 hours after your service has been performed. Please note that our cancellation policy states that all services are non-refundable; however, I am happy to offer a service guarantee and schedule a corrective service free of charge.
