New Client Information

As a new client, I’d love for you to fill out the attached form. This helps me get a clear understanding of your hair, your goals for the appointment, and ensures I can provide you with an accurate estimate of costs for the services you’d like.


Once I’ve reviewed your form, I’ll be in touch with a link to my online booking system so you can choose a time that works best for you.

We recommend using our online booking system  https://labirdie-hair.square.site  however if your a new colour client you must fill the New Client Information Form prior to a booking request.

If you’re unsure please send a text to the salon on 0415 180 139 and I will assist you once I’m available.


Although it isn’t essential, we do ask that you arrive with reasonably clean hair (up to 2 days since your last wash is fine). Please ensure any root sprays, salt water or chlorine are removed prior to your colour appointment.

No, we do not accept walk-ins. Every appointment at LaBirdie is exclusively yours—no distractions and no rush—so we recommend always making an appointment in advance.


You’re welcome to park in our 2nd crossover (along the side of our property) or if available our front nature strip.

If parking in the street please avoid the neighbours’ nature strips as I’d rather not get on their bad sides! 🙈


As a Small Business my time, like yours, is precious, so if you’re unable to keep your appointment for any reason please cancel in a timely manner and provide me with 48hrs notice.
